食无忧计划赴美上市，欲做食品安全第一股
Beijing Shiwuyou plans an IPO in the U.S which will be the first listed safety-food stock from China.
据行业知情人士透露，特色农业食品安全科技服务和运营商，北京食无忧电子商务有限公司（以下简称“食无忧”）拟向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）秘交招股书，股票代码“SWY”。该知情人还说，摩根大通已受邀参于并作为牵头承销商为该公司在纽交所寻求不低于10亿美元募资的IPO。
According to the insiders, Beijing ShiWuYou E-commerce Co., Ltd, hereinafter referred to as "Huaxia Worry-free Food", a service provider and operator of the special agricultural food safety technology, intends to secretly submit a prospectus to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with stock code “SWY”. Besides, JPMorgan has been invited, as the lead underwriter, to participate in seeking more than $1 billion through IPOs for the company on the New York Stock Exchange.
食无忧成立于2017年，致力于中国特色农产品和食品科技赋能及市场运营。2020年该公司通过科技赋能和运营服务，在贵州省推动特色刺梨产业，为区域种植商和生产商提升了百倍产值，特色快消品仅单品不到一年就突破一亿元人民币销售额。

据悉，该公司在食品安全领域具有独特的行业壁垒，目前完成了Pre-A轮融资具体金额未透漏，但投资人一致认为该公司所在领域有望造就另一个中国大独角兽级别的企业。
